A shuttle service from the event hotel to the evening event will be provided for a pleasant journey.

Costs
Participation in the conference including the evening event is free of charge.
Any costs for travel to and from the conference as well as accommodation and parking fees will not be covered by the organizer and have to be paid by the attendee.
